Is an established leader in helping notable firms adopt Agile methods on an enterprise scale. Roland has led Agile initiatives and teams at Capital One, T. Rowe Price, Red Hat, Liberty Mutual, Genworth, and others. Roland presents and publishes regularly and provides consulting and training to F500 clients. He is a Certified ScrumMaster, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA. Roland has prior experience with IBM and Lockheed Martin in the development of large classified systems, with DHL in the development of global logistics systems, and with The Baylor College of Medicine in the development of software for The Human Genome Mapping Project.
