Working more than 30 years in the field of project management theory and practice, mainly in the construction sector. He was a member of the Executive and Advisory Board of Rosenthaler + Partner AG is Zurich, Switzerland, and is now the Senior Adviser. He was a core team member for the new IPMA Competence Baseline (ICB) Version 3.0 and presented it, together with Gerrit Koch, in English, Chinese and Russian papers.
