With over ten years of experience in agile transformation, coaching, and training, I am passionate about helping companies create products and services that people love. As the Strategy & Operations Principal in the Office of the CTO, I collaborate with executive leadership to architect organizational structures, define and break down large initiatives, and communicate leadership intent.

I also lead the Global Technology Center of Excellence, a dynamic team of specialists who align product, portfolio, and program across multiple domains; standardize tools, create dashboards, deliver trainings, and provide thought leadership.
