Has been in the project management field for over 13 years, spanning Aerospace/engineering, telecom, internet software development, IT outsourcing and consulting industries, with companies such as Bombardier Aerospace, Celestica, Organic Online, OnX Enterprise Solutions and Accenture. Rubin graduated from the University of Toronto in 1993 in Mechanical Engineering, and is a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Rubin has been an active member of the PMI Southern Ontario Chapter, having volunteered with SOC since 2003.
