Pau Lian Staal-Ong is senior consultant project and process management at AT Osborne B.V., an independent management and consultancy firm in The Netherlands. Since 1999 she has been working for principals in large infrastructure projects and mostly the public environment. As a business consultant she helps organisations during change processes, carries out evaluations and audits and fulfils positions in the field of quality management, such as for the North South Metro Line project in Amsterdam, a new metro line being built in the city centre of Amsterdam. Since 2005 she has been involved in the NETLIPSE project as Programme Manager and Coordinator of the Special Issue Group Stakeholder Participation & Communication. Pau Lian is lead assessor for the IPMA Project Excellence Awards scheme and professional trainer. In addition to contributing to and writing publications, she frequently presents (international) conferences.
