Julien Pollack
Ph.D., is a Senior Lecturer in the post-graduate Project Management Program at the University of Technology, Sydney. He researches trends in project management research, and ways of extending project management practice to meet the needs of complex projects, particularly through the use of using systems thinking and change management techniques. His research has won national and international awards. He is the author of Tools for Complex Projects with Kaye Remington, and has publishes regularly in the leading project management journals and conferences. He has worked as a project manager in the public sector delivering organizational change, the telecommunications industry, and large-scale heavy engineering projects | julien.pollack@uts.edu.au
