Is an energetic and enthusiastic Project Manager with over 15 years project and programme management experience. She is PRINCE2 Practitioner and PRINCE2 Accredited Trainer and holds an MBA (Distinction) from the University of Hull, UK. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®) and holds their PMP® Project Management Professional certification. Her career as a project manager has covered a wide variety of public and private sector industries, including Banking, Retail, Education, Supply Chain & Logistics, Judicial and Health Care sectors. She also has ‘Big Six’ consulting experience and worked for KPMG as a Manager in Strategic IT for a number of years. She has travelled extensively and worked in several countries that include Canada, USA, Middle East, Singapore and Cyprus. She is experienced in managing and deploying large complex I.T. projects, ERP systems (including Oracle, PeopleSoft and Movex), Sarbanes-Oxley compliance projects and mid to large scale Change Management Programmes at both a national and an international level. During her career Carol has also gained extensive experience in the design and development of PMO’s and project management methodologies, SDLC methodologies, I.T. Governance and QA processes.
