Alejandro Romero-Torres, PhD, PMP, SPC

is a professor at the School of Management (ESG) from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), director of the lab in innovative practices for project management PICoP ESG UQAM, director of the Observatory of public projects ESG UQAM and director of the Global Accreditation Center from Project Management Institute. Alejandro has collaborated within project management industry to adopt project management standards. From 2014 to 2017, he was a member of the core committee responsible for reviewing the new version of the Project Management Book of Knowledge PMBOK ® Guide (international reference for project management practices and AINSI standard). His research interest are project management practices, project governance, public project, megaprojects and datafication.
